BY PURCHASING FROM US, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. No other terms shall apply except as agreed in writing signed by us. We reserve the right to correct typographic errors and reject orders.

Prices and Payment

Prices, title and risk of loss are F.O.B. our warehouse. Prices don’t include taxes or shipment and may be changed without notice. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted for web site orders. Credit card arrangements subject to change.

Returns: Defective Material Only

Notice of Defective Material and/or Short Shipped Material
Notice of defective or short shipped material must be made by the buyer to LumiGrow, Inc. in writing within 24 hours from time of delivery. Failure to give notice within 24 hours shall constitute an absolute unconditional waiver by the buyer.

RMA Number Required
Buyer will be given RMA number for return authorization for defective material to be noted on all material being returned.

Limited Warranty

The warranty on LumiGrow, Inc. ES-330 components is five (5) years from the date of purchase. The warranty on ES-165, LumiBloom, ECC-F & ECC-FR components is three (3) years from the date of purchase.

If our product fails within the warranty period due to a defect in material or workmanship, LumiGrow, Inc. will repair or replace it free of charge. The warranty does not apply to: (a) damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, vandalism; (b) units which have been subject to unauthorized repair, opened or taken apart.; (c) units not installed in accordance with directions; (d) damages exceeding the cost of the product We reserve the right to charge for repair or replacement costs of items damaged through no fault of LumiGrow, Inc.. An estimate for such repairs will be quoted to the buyer approval prior to commencing work at a minimum cost to the buyer.

The obligation of this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing all or any part of the product which, in the opinion of LumiGrow, Inc., shall be proved defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and service.

In no case shall LumiGrow, Inc. be liable for any special or consequential damages, labor, repair or removal of defective part, or any other costs or warranty, expressed or implied.

Return Material Authorization (RMA)

LumiGrow, Inc. will determine warranty eligibility of returned defective items and provide the buyer with an RMA number.

ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED.
