Account Executive

LumiGrow is seeking a results-oriented, metrics-driven professional with a passion for bringing sustainable technologies to market.

The successful candidate will play a key role on our sales team. The Account Executive will be responsible for generating leads and developing existing accounts with a focus on the commercial agriculture and floriculture industries.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Identify and actively prospect leads within specified region
  • Originate new business
  • Close sales over the phone, via e-mail, online meetings and in person
  • Conduct prospecting calls
  • Work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with colleagues in product management, marketing and operations along with external team members

Requirements:

  • Computer literate, particularly with SalesForce, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to understand and explain complex concepts related to LumiGrow technology
  • Prefer candidates with product sales or related experience in the agriculture industry or with a clean-technology company
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Some travel required
